Shipping policy

ANDRELLASTOUCH orders are shipped Monday to Thursday : Processing time is normally 3-4 days.

Please note that during holidays these times may vary and delivery may be longer; however, you will always be made aware of any delays on our end due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that orders placed on Friday-Sunday will be processed on Monday. All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class Signature on delivery and next-day delivery aim. Once you make your purchase, you will receive an immediate email confirming your order (this is your digital receipt). 

Always double-check and confirm your shipping address. Shipping and billing addresses have to match, or your order will be cancelled. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to a customer error.

You will not be able to change or amend your delivery address once your order has been made.
